I’m always hesitant to break away from usual cleanser because I tend to break out even when I take short breaks away from it. As reluctant as I first was to try it, I’m now hooked, and I’ve begun cycling it with my usual cleanser. I knew this was an excellent sustainable beauty product when I woke up the next morning after first using it and my skin wasn’t its usual oil slick. It also looked clearer and more vibrant. I can’t recommend this cleanser highly enough.

AVEDA Scalp Solutions Overnight Scalp Renewal Serum
Many brands promise that their serums won’t make your hair oily, and they lie. This serum, however, leaves no oily residue. In fact, when I use it, I feel like I wake up with more volume. It really is like moisturising your hair from the root. The serum bottle is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic.

I love these because they’re plastic-free, give full coverage and keep your lips moisturised. They’re vegan and cruelty free. Made in Italy. Wood pencil packaged with an aluminium lid and cardboard box.
LUK Beauty Food Glow Skin Tints
The tint subtly evens out my skin tone, gives it a lovely semi-matte glow, and feels light-weight. I go a shade darker than my skin for a more bronzed look. Each tube is constructed using bio-polyethylene, a plant-based bioplastic. All hard components can be recycled at approved TerraCycle locations. Also, the box that the product is packaged in
is made from 90% renewable materials, including FSC-Certified paper, water-based varnish, and vegetable inks.
